In the sense that the level's aren't very challenging but there is a lot to find in them. It is not a very difficult game, it reminds me of a kirby game. Which means you need to get really close to attack an enemy, which itself is fine, but once you find an enemy that moves vertically by jumping or flying it gets a bit hard to hit that enemy with your tiny little attack.
